VR Input Reboot

Found that using the pre-built Steam VR Interaction model was great for the basics but as soon as you wanted to do something fancy you needed to sift through the complex implementation that they had created.

We did not want to have to re-invent the wheel, but have decided for now to rebuild from the ground up and currently have replaced the controllers with a simple hand model. We have implemented a simple locomotion system and will be adding a teleportation system soon as well.
